Restroom Requirements
- The city's preliminary informational letter tells you the portable restrooms and trash receptacles to provide.
- Permanent on-site restrooms can count if they're accessible and you have permission to use them.
- Additional restrooms may be required if attendance tops 100,000 in a day or the event runs more than 10 hours in a day.
Deadlines
The city's guidebook says late applications are invoiced a $40 per day late fee, and applications more than five days past the submission deadline won't be accepted.
